I have had the same issue for about two months now.
Keep us updated by replying on this thread. msi file that matches your current OS Build and click Next. Download the driver and firmware for Surface, choose the Surface Device you're connecting the pen with and click download on the next page. Check the specific OS build of your Windows Settings > System > About. If you're connecting the Surface Pen to a Surface device, please install the driver's package. Open Device Manager then go to Human Interface Devices > look for 'Uninstall HID-Compliant Touch Screen' > Right-click on HID-Compliant Touch Screen > Uninstall (if you're seeing two HID Compliant Touch Screen, Uninstall the two drivers).
